Refund Policy

At Coded Mind Technology Incubator, we are committed to providing exceptional service, mentorship, and resources to our incubated startups and members.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services, which involve the allocation of resources, dedicated mentorship, and administrative setup, we generally do not offer refunds for fees paid once a program has commenced or a service has been initiated.

We encourage all potential founders and teams to thoroughly review the program details, ask questions, and ensure commitment before enrolling and making a payment.

2. Program Fees & Membership Dues

Fees for our incubation programs, accelerator cohorts, and ongoing memberships are typically paid on a subscription or fixed-term basis.

  • Before Program Start: Refund requests for program fees must be submitted in writing at least 14 calendar days before the official program start date. An administrative fee of 10% may be deducted from the refund.
  • After Program Start: Once a program or membership term has begun, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the full payment for the committed term, regardless of your usage level of the incubator's services or your decision to leave the program early.

3. Equity-Based Arrangements

For programs where Coded Mind takes an equity stake in lieu of, or in combination with, cash fees, this equity transaction is final and not eligible for a refund or reversal under any circumstances.

4. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other severe, unforeseen events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Coded Mind management. Approval is not guaranteed and will require formal documentation.

5. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your membership or program participation at any time by providing written notice. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle or any past payments. Your access to the incubator's resources and services will continue until the end of your current paid term.
